Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors (English/Supervisor)

English Session – 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Spanish Session – 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Currently, California law requires all companies with 50 or more employees to provide Sexual Harassment Prevention training to all supervisory personnel. S.B. 1343 will require any company who employs 5 or more employees, including temporary or seasonal employees, to provide at least 2 hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all nonsupervisory employees by January 1, 2020, and once every 2 years thereafter.
